Since we had to cancel last Tuesday due to Meetup servers crash, we will go ahead with City of God FIlm Screening and discussion.

City of God (Ceudad de Deus) Is a wonderful and shocking film that will take us into the heartbreaking reality of children in the Favelas of Brazil.

We will follow the lives of 2 kids. One becomes a photographer, the other a drug dealer. A story that sadly repeats itself in the major cities of Latin America and it’s still one of the biggest issues that keep the region on top of the violence rankings worldwide.

Join us to watch and discuss this Latin American masterpiece and turn this Wednesday evening into much more than another Wednesday night.
