One Struggle One Fight

June 19, 2013 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

| Free

One Struggle One Fight is a small group of activists that rally in support of LGBTQ issues and causes. Currently, a large celebration party is being planned in the Castro for the day of the DOMA and Prop 8 supreme court decisions, but no one is addressing what should be done if the decision should not go in our favor. It’s highly unlikely that DOMA will be struck down in full, and many LGBTQ folks across America will still be without these rights if Prop 8 is struck down. The fight is not over, and all eyes will be on SF the day of decision. We want the rest of the LGBTQ community to know we still have their backs, and we’re still fighting for equality across the board.

We’ll be meeting to discuss event logistics around our non-violent action, and making signs and posters to help show our support and illustrate our reasons to keep the fight going.
