Strategic Intervention is a method of coaching that focuses on the inherent needs of all people involved in a group, with the goal of promoting harmony and understanding. The methods used are practical, direct and effective. I will be presenting the main framework and strategies of strategic intervention to the group, after which I will invite everyone to join in discussion.
