This workshop introduces real skills for learning-by-doing.

Depending on participant direction, we’ll explore lessons in:

– asking powerful questions (“appreciative inquiry”)

– purposeful story-telling

– making unconscious competencies accessible to others

– mapping assets and power

– moving from dream and do-ocracy to democracy
